PHOTOGRAPHIC  GUIDELINES
INTERIOR SHOTS

In order to have a successful photographic session at your facility
we offer the following guideline to help you prepare.

1.      Security clearances should be obtained for regular and after normal business hours.
   HELIOSTUDIO crew will be on location for a maximum of ten hours.
   Advise security personnel well in advance and remind them the day of the shoot!

2.      Plan in advance for us to have access to allpower outlets ,light switches,,
powered appliances, wireclosets ,ect, heating and ventilating equipment ,and knowledge of their locations.....ie??  where is timer??

3.      Employees of the your firm
         should be  advised to clear their desks of all personal
        belongings and straighten their own areas prior to photography session.

4.      All lighting fixtures should be functioning properly.
        If fluorescent lighting is in use it should be uniform... either all cool or all warm.
            Spare Bulbs are always handy

5.     Ladder, Cleaning Supplies and a Phone should be available.

6.     Special Props and Equipment must be in Place before session.
         You May wish to use the services of A Professional
        Art Director or Stylist....Floral Arrangements

1.   Lawn Mowed, Watered and Shrubs Trimmed.

2.   All Exterior Lighting MUST be functioning Properly.

3.   Flags to Be Flown Day and Night for Session.

4.   Banners, Opening and other Misc. Signage  should be taken down   Before we Arrive.

5.   Parking Lot Swept and Misc. Grounds Litter Cleaned up.

6.  Windows washed and Hose available.
